Samara English Class
A Safe and Joyful Space for English Learning
In partnership with Yayasan Samara Lombok, ECCO Foundation runs the Samara English Class, a weekly English language learning program held every Friday. Designed as a fun, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment for children and teenagers in the surrounding community, the program uses an interactive, child-friendly approach that prioritizes confidence-building alongside language acquisition.
The program runs two active class groups, a children's group and a youth/teenager group, both serving as safe, supportive spaces where participants can practice English freely, express themselves, and grow together in a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
